Simon Cassar of SC Homes & Renovations did extensive building and renovation works at the above address from February 2006 to June 2006.  This entailed demolition of all internal plaster walls and framing, and large areas of external walls.  All internal areas were reconfigured, new windows installed, a new garage was constructed, new masonry fencing, gate house, lanai, and all new fixtures and fittings etc.

Without equivocation, I can say that it was indeed a pleasure to do business with Simon, he being most co-operative, willing and helpful at all times, as well as courteous and polite.  Additionally, the sub-contractors with whom he dealt were similarly helpful and business-like in their approach.  Simon dealt with numerous difficulties and solved problems in a professional manner.  I found him to be honest in every respect and of the highest integrity.  He always took time to take my phone calls and deal with my questions and concerns.  He was punctilious in his attention to detail.  All work was completed to the highest standard.

I have the highest regard and respect for Simon as a person and a professional.  I have no hesitation in recommending him.  In fact, I have already recommended him to close friends.
